The Postdoctoral and Early-career Association of Researchers (PEAR) is a NIST postdoc-run organization that works to foster the professional development of all early-career researchers at NIST and across the Front Range. These seminars are just one way we work to achieve our mission by providing an environment for communication, learning, and networking.
